Exchange Policy

At [MEIN], we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at mein.dept@gmail.com or on our Instagram (@mein.dept) to initiate your exchange request. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on returning the item.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange promptly.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, store credit will be offered as an alternative.
